Scholar Housing Rates and Information for Summer Term
The International Living Learning Center (ILLC) will house OSU's Scholar Housing program from June 19-Sept. 15, 2023. The ILLC offers private rooms with attached private bathrooms, as well as suite-style rooms wth shared bathrooms. Both room types come equipped with a sink, twin beds, wardrobes, and desks.
The suite-style rooms are adjoined by a bathroom with a toilet and shower (similar to a “Jack and Jill” bathroom in a home) with lockable doors from inside the bathroom. See sample floor plans for ILLC rooms and suites.

- Mailboxes will be assigned to Scholars staying more than 2 weeks. Mailbox information will be available at check-in.
- Recreational Center Membership passes are available for purchase to visiting scholars
Safety & Policies
- Scholars will be issued a room key and an outside door access fob. For the safety and security of our guests and residents we ask you to keep track of keys and report lost or stolen keys. Replacement cost for room keys is $50 and replacement cost for outside door access fob is $50.
- Oregon State is a smoke-free and tobacco-free campus. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the Corvallis campus (OAR Chapter 576, Division 040). Read more about the policy.
- Scholars are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of their space while staying with us and are requested to clean before moving out.
Scholar Housing Agreement
Potential Fees
- Lost key or access device: $50
- Booking extension with less than 14 days notice: $50
- Room reassignment at guest's request after move-in: $50
- Excessive cleaning: $50/hour staff time
Transportation + Parking
- If you are driving to campus, a parking permit is required. Parking zones are enforced Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. To obtain a permit, contact Transit and Parking Services.
- If you are taking an airport shuttle from Portland airportp lease get off at the Hilton Garden Inn. Go north, cross Western Boulevard, and proceed to Stadium Avenue until you reach Arnold Service Center (inside of Arnold Dining Center). Check-in for scholar housing takes place at Arnold Service Center.
